Your Purchase
All goods offered on this website are subject to availability. Should we be unable to fulfil your order due to stock shortages then we will contact you to advise you of our expected delivery date.

Taking delivery of your goods
We will only deliver within mainland UK, to your business address. Delivery is free of charge via Royal Mail or other courier where necessary. We will endeavour to deliver all orders received before 4pm within five working days, however should your order be delayed we will advise you of this and give you an anticipated revised delivery date.

Please inspect your parcel thoroughly on arrival, any damage or short shipment should be immediately informed to 02476 637 604

Returns Procedure
Patria International Products Limited operates a 7-day returns policy. The first day is counted as the day on which you sign for your delivery from Royal Mail or other courier. If you want to return your goods within this seven-day period, it must be returned with all free gifts/accessories etc. associated with the products (in their original condition).

Before returning your products, please call Customer Care on 02476 637 604 in order to obtain authorization and a reference number. You will then be advised of the address to return your products to.

Please note if you return products for any reason without obtaining an authorization code from Patria International Products Limited Customer Care, a £25.00 administration charge will be applied to your next invoice. Patria International Products Customer Care can be contacted on 02476 637 604.

Once you have re-packaged the items to be returned you must post them by Royal Mail Special Delivery (you will need to visit your local post office for this service) to the address given to you by Customer Care. Please be aware that you will need to pay the full cost of returning the items by Special Delivery to Patria International Products Limited.

We only allow products to be returned to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery because you will be covered by comprehensive insurance whilst the phone is in transit. Please be aware that if you use any other means of transit and the product is subsequently lost / stolen then we will not be liable for any loss or charge or any compensation in any way.

Please note: We will make a charge if the product is not returned to us in its original condition, up to the full value of the products being returned. Any items missing from the original box will be charged. Where a 7-day return is sought we reserve the right to charge a returns administration charge of £10 and the initial cost of delivery.

Warranty
If the products received by you are faulty or damaged you may return such products and we will swap the products for you. To do this you must contact our customer services department either by phone or via e-mail to advise them of the fault. Once you have done this you must re-package your products in its original packaging ensuring that the products are in pristine condition.

Our Guarantee to you
We make every effort to ensure that the details and offers within this website are accurate. However due to the nature of the consumer goods industry we may have to withdraw or change our deals at short notice prior to, or after the placing of your order. You will be informed immediately if your order cannot be fulfilled and we will endeavour to find you a suitable replacement.

If something is wrong with an order that is being fulfilled by Patria International Products Limited, we certainly want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed.

Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order?
Read our Returns Policy. You will see a section at the bottom of the list of items in your order where you can indicate items that you didn't order. We'll ask you to indicate the number of items you're returning, as well as whether they arrived instead of or in addition to items that you did order. We will also ask you whether you need a refund or a replacement sent to you.

Are you missing an item?
Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock at different fulfilment centres, we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you had originally authorized. Visit the relevant order summary in Your Account for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at anytime.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
